Meditation at the Library

First 3 Tuesdays in May 2026,

OLE (Outdoor Learning Experience Space)
Join certified meditation instructor Amy Rutledge for a calming meditation series exploring mindfulness and its positive impact on everyday life. Each 45-minute session includes guided practice for beginning and returning meditators. Space is limited, no registration required. Ages 14+. To be held in the Community Meeting Room in the case of weather, check our website for updates.
