Policies & Regulations

The Outdoor Learning Experience (OLE) is a District-owned, multi-use outdoor facility designed to support literacy programming, cultural enrichment, community gatherings, and civic engagement.

The Placentia Library District Board of Trustees has established the following conditions to govern the use of the OLE. To ensure your event will align with the District's policy, please take a moment to read the policy listed below before filling out the application.

Policy 6051 - OLE Space 

 

To reserve the OLE, please complete the application and Rental Agreement found below. When done, please email it to the Placentia Library District's Administration Office at administration@placentialibrarydistrict.ca.gov.

NOTE: Application for use of the room needs to be made through the Administration Department at least two (2) weeks prior to use of the meeting room.
